Daher Village was a joint venture between Coles and Developcorp.

A mixed use development comprising of 81 residential apartments built over a Shopping Centre consisting of a 3600 sq. metre Coles Supermarket and 1500 sq. metres of speciality shops.

Basement parking for over 400 vehicles together with the required loading bays and truck turntable, made this a challenging build which was completed in November 2012.
